 REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Glamorous Front Lace Wigs our aim is to provide our customers with Full Lace Front Wigs and Half Lace Frontals which are made of the highest Premium 100% Untreated, Unmixed Full Cuticle Human Hair.

Before we dispatch your Lace Front  Wigs each wig is inspected to ensure that they meet  your specification of a high standard.
 
REFUND GUARANTEE STOCK WIGS
  
Once you receive your stock Lace Front Wig if you find that it is unsuitable within 7 days we will exchange it for a different unit, length and style or a Full Store Credit. You cannot return any unit if has been worn, cut, glued ,washed or tape has been applied. Any tape or glue residue will be rejected.

Goods should be  returned in the original packaging. Return your parcel and obtain a receipt of proof of posting.
 
REFUND PROCEDURE
 
When returning wigs please make sure copy of your original invoice and completed returned order form is included with your unit.  We will not process any package without a completed order form and copy of original invoice. After we have inspected your Lace Front Wigs we will issue a Full Store Credit for the unit price only.

We will not accept any unit that has been altered, worn, brushed, combed, cut, glued or washed in any way.

REFUND GUARANTEE CUSTOM UNITS
 
Custom Lace Front Wigs cannot be returned as they are made to your specific requirements and would be difficult to resll, unless it is defective in any way. Please send it back immediately. We will analyse your custom order form which has been submitted to our company when ordering your wig. If it does not match the criteria on the custom order form provided by our manufacture, we will re-make the unit free of charge.

We will not accept any unit that has been altered, worn, brushed, combed, cut, glued or washed in any way.

CANCELLATIONS
 
All cancellations for Custom wigs orders will be charged  50% cancellation fee. There are no EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation of Stock Lace Front Wigs and Half Lace Frontals after dispatched will  be issued with a Full Store Credit or exchange. (within 7 days of receipt)

All other exchanges/returns must be approved and agreed  by phone (+44) 01827 288678)
or by email  info@glamorousfrontlacewigs.com
before packages are accepted by Glamorous Front Lace Wigs or they will not be accepted, and returned at the customer's expense.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the 
Original condition within 7 days. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way

These terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
